Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use Buuk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans renew automatically according to the billing interval you select unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are quoted exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees for subsequent billing periods.

Refunds are handled according to the plan terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant Buuk a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including AI features you enable.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access; interfering with Service operation; uploading malware; infringing intellectual property; harassing others; scraping in violation of our documentation; or using the Service to distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe a breach has occurred.

AI features may produce suggestions or drafts that require human review. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, compliance, and suitability before publishing AI-assisted content to your help center or sharing it with customers.

Buuk does not guarantee that AI output is error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

Buuk and its licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and documentation, except for Customer Content. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service as intended.

Feedback you provide may be used by Buuk without restriction or compensation.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools such as authentication providers, analytics, or source-control platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We treat Customer Content as confidential except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required to operate the Service. Each party will use reasonable care to protect sensitive information shared under these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUUK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUUK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

BUUK’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO BUUK FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You will defend and indemnify Buuk against claims arising from Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by Buuk’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision would create legal or security risk.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification—will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. If you continue using the Service after the effective date, you accept the revised Terms.
